after payment has been successfully confirmed.

  • public holidays,

may experience slight processing delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive:

Delivery Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • ensuring someone is available to receive the parcel where required.

VYLO is not responsible for delays or losses caused by:

  • incorrect addresses,
  • failed delivery attempts,
  • or customer unavailability.

If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect information or failed delivery, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.


Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel:

  • arrives damaged,
  • is significantly delayed,
  • or appears lost,

please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at:

We may investigate the issue with the courier before approving replacements or refunds.


Delivery Inspections

Customers are encouraged to inspect parcels upon delivery.

If packaging appears visibly damaged, tampered with, or opened:

  • note it with the courier where possible,
  • and contact us immediately with photos.

High-Demand Periods

During:

  • product launches,
  • sales,
  • holidays,
  • or promotional campaigns,

processing and delivery times may be extended.

We appreciate your patience during these periods.


International Shipping

VYLO currently ships primarily within South Africa.

If international shipping becomes available, delivery rates and timelines will be displayed at checkout.
